shock adjustment

can anyone tell me how & what i need to adjust the rear shock on a 2006 busa?lease:

How do you want to adjust it? Sag, rebound, or compression?

Flat blade screwdriver for dampning, and spanner wrenches for the nut and locknut on top of the spring. It can be done with a punch and hammer, but it's also very easy to tear the nut up that way.
