Talked to Mc-Xpress yesterday and they had just finished the second turbusa. Same Turbo as the first one but with wastegate set at a lower pressure. This one made around 250Nm ( compared to the first one who had 300Nm ) but suprisingly it had almost the same horsepower.( 330 compared to 340 )
This second turbo is EXACTLY how the production run will be. A little less torque means its more user friendly ( yeah right, it doesnt wheelie that easy in 6th gear now )but you can always turn up the boost if u want more. I was supposed to go down this weekend to try it but they are shipping it to the south of Sweden for some journalist to try it first. ( Hey dont they trust that I can ride the beast ? heheh ) It will be back in the beginning of next week so if the snow doesnt come I go down next weekend and try it. If not Ill have to wait until the spring.
In the wintertime I can go down and try the Turbo snowmobile they are building. It has a GSXR750-99 engine with the transmission cut of and a ordinary snowmobile torqueconverter running on the transmission input shaft.
Dry sump lubing and a special front and rear suspension. They expect to see 200hp and 200 kg on the beast.
Ill keep U posted.... :)

A Swedish bikemag tested a GSX-R 1100 -92 with turbo built by MC-Express. It had 325 RWHP, that's equal to 375 HP at the crank. Most of the engine components were stock. MC-Express has won a few Dyno shootouts in the US using street bikes and beating real dragbikes !

What kind of stress is this introducing to the motor and drivetrain? I'd hate to be on something moving at a blur (at the right time and place) and have something fail from fatigue.
