Remaping ucu without powercommander

How is possible remaping stock ecu without powercommander box?
I saw on powercommander site maps for my modifications of my Busa (M339-504) .Is this compatible with stock ecu or is this is only for powercomander?

those maps are for power commander, and the downloaded maps off the internet are never very good anyway, a custom tune is always recommended regardless if using ecu editor, power commander, bazzaz etc.
