Sad but true....at last year's Remembrance Day ceremonies there were lots of people on their phones and not just the younger crowd either..

As he is now King, the green agenda has to be handed to someone else as he is not allowed to put his views across like he has been, now being a sovereign, his duty is to the UK and other British colonies. Shame really, he did so much, Prince’s trust etc, he has a very large pair of boots to fill, but I also think he will fill them nicely, GOD SAVE THE KING.

I wish the Queen nothing but peace in the afterlife. I hope the British can get over it and get along with their future. But TODAY 9/11 of all days, our day I condemn all American media sources for cutting away from the reading of the names of the victims of 9/11 and the ceremony in NY to show the ceremony for the queen. It IS an American day of remembrance as it always should be. And just about every network cnn and fox cut away from the 9/11 ceremony to broadcast the ceremony for a foreign monarch. That pissed me off.

Yes its a shame, they should all be remembered, but CNN and Fox only want one thing and its green with loads of 000000 on it shame on them..it was new news, I have no excuse being a brit, and bearing in mind there were some UK citizens killed in 9/11 but they I am sure will always be remembered on 9/11....God bless them all

One thing about him is he is pretty pompous.....I've met him years ago and that's one thing I remember...he is very much an advocate of the social class system...

Of course he is. He was raised to believe he’s better. Unlike the queen he did not live thru WWII or any time of great suffering. He’s a spoiled brat now sitting on the throne with his adultress next to him.

there has been a lot of coverage that free speech is not allowed, example holding a placard "not my king" police take a dim view you get arrested for 'breach of the peace'

Oak Coffin is already sealed so no issue ,once you dead you start the process of decay

They get embalmed, which preserves the body for quite some time...and then just like @mark3evo said, the coffin is made with oak, lead lined and sealed...

Her husband Philip has been in his all this time awaiting to be buried with her.

All else aside and if both were angels who’s the rightful king, Andrew or Charles? Charles because he’s older? When Charles croaks will Camilla become Queen or Andrew or Harry king because she’s not a true royal?
