Quick PAIR question

I am removing all that junk so I can install my new exhaust when it shows up. I have the block off plates, etc. I know to cap off the larger vacuum line up at the air box. When I removed the PAIR thingy there is a small vacuum line that runs up to the throttle bodies what can I do with that one?? Can it also be capped OFF?????

there is a source vacuum line to the valve that can be capped at the throttle bodies. The larger line goes to the airbox and can also be capped at the airbox.
