Plenum and up pipe prices

Hey,
Wondering if somebody knows the price for a new stage one plenum and up pipe and who sells it?
Or for that matter,how much would a used plenum be?
If somebody has a plenum for sale,let me know.I would prefer
one for wich the up pipe comes through the ram hole.

It's a T3/4. Doesn't really matter,I can do some fabrication on the up pipe.

Also, maybe somebody has 6 and 10psi maps for a pcIII usb that could share,that would be great.
