I had my panels and brake calipers done by Nick, he'll come through for you. I know painting is just something he does on the side, as he's a fireman... He may just be a little busy, but he's never screwed anyone over.
 
Man thats funy I was just thinking about you. I would like to get my inners and calipers done. What else do you paint how much to do those, and how long would it take? Summer is coming well eventually up here LOL. I love the work you do and I need to finish some of the bike up.
 
Puplehaze thanks for the solace, its just frustrating. When he received them on Feb 25th (verified by UPS) I told him I needed them for a bike show I was entered in. This past weeeknd that I missed. (out registration and rental fees) AND in this same message ( up above) he stated he mailed them out the weekend of March 4th!! I still haven't heard from him since then. So i gave him the benefit of the doubt that since I know he is a fireman and could be busy. BUt when YOu send a man your panels, $300.00 and He tells you it shipped out. ANd you don't receive them or hear a call from him or email. Well makes me wonder what kind of show he's running. And I think under all the circumstances. I have been very patient. I WANT MY PANELS. Im not screaming refund yatta, yatta, yatta. I just want what I paid for. For something that was to be a 2 week turnaround. It is now going on 4 weeks. If it was going to take that long just say so. So I can make a decision on whether or not I wanted to be on the sidelines that long. by the way...Did I mention I couldn't enter my bike inthe Cycle expo Bike SHow that I paid an entry fee for !!!!

BB that sucks man. But Nick is a stand up guy. You won't get screwed, and if you are nice about and let him know how much $$ you lost, he might split it with ya for your troubles....

Thanks Fever, NOt worried about the dough, just want the panels. I still want to order the ram air seals from Nick. Maybe I'm crazy, but it's all good. Just want a liitle communication is all.
 
I understand completely. I have been pulling my hair out cuz Silvio at alliedbarter has beend doing the same thing to me. Finally today he responded and said my exhaust is being shipped. 11 days after I ordered them.

Not his fault, HMF was being slow.
 
But I think the key to a almost seamless transaction is communication. I shipped a ti muzzy can to a guy in Italy Priority mail. They said it would take 5-7 business days. He emailed 10 days later and stated it wasn't tehre. yet. I could have (already having his money) just waited until it got there. BUt he could have and probably would have been furious. I emailed him told him i will call post office. Well post office says once it leaves the states. They have no control over it. The guy was cool with that. He received it but it was two weeks later. But because I emailed him. He knew I wasnt out to screw him, and he is happy. And he didn't screw up my ebay reputation over miscommunication NAW MEAN! (slang for do you know what i mean)
