Paint stock cans?

<table style=filter:glow(color=yellow)><span style='color:darkblue'>I am thinking about painting the stock exhaust cans on my bike.  I am just scared to do it and not have it work right.  Anyone have any pics or know how to do this the right way?</span> </table>

No pics, but its just metal.

If you can paint brake and engine parts you can do the cans.

I've seen them powder coated.

Probably any heat resistant paint will do.

I can't remember the member handle but on suzukihayabusa.org there is a member that polished his then painted them with black caliper paint which he baked on in the oven. After that he buffed them and they are beautiful. I like busawhipped's can because of the Kanji. Anyway we could find out exactly how he did his.
