if its legal in your state-do it.
and to all those who "value human life more than property"

if a thief that lives where he can be disposed of legally, and continues to steal, he must not value his own life, so why should i? maybe some of you no shoot guys aint been ripped off?
and for insurance...
what if a guy gets laid off or otherwise cant afford full coverage?
is he supposed to sell his bike? b.s.
what if thats his only ride, he cant get to work, and theres no bus going by (even IF he wanted to ride on it)?

I had to go up to San Antonio this morning and about froze my cajone's off. Just got back in to the office a little while ago. And it's still in the low 30's here to. Now they say it will last until maybe Saturday. So no ridin for me. Just lots of...well something. Maybe just a firelog in the fireplace and play with the baby all weekend.

I'm sorry but the problems we face with criminals is a result of no consequences for actions. Sure let them get away with it and have the insurance company pay the price which they then pass right back to us to pay.

I don't own a gun but I think we need to be killing more criminals to make a clear example out of them. I have no problems with the taking of lives that only prey on others weekness. I would have a harder time seeing a household pet die than some scumbag running rampant on society.

Thats a tough question as much as I would like to kick the crap out of a guy that tried stealing my bike I think I would try and stop them and then if it got out of hand or they had a weapon I would put them down. But if they just wanted to brawl over it lets go. I repo cars as a second job and I can tell you right now if someone has a gun they can keep there damn car atleast until I come back with a Sherriff and a court order to take the car or go to jail. You have to have a respect for a gun no matter if you are holding it or someone else.

I'm Old school. The ONLY time I unholster my side arm is to use it with the intention of deadly force. Luckily I have never had to do it. I cannot imagine getting a full nights sleep the night I have to do so. For Property theft it will remain holstered. For threats to my family, I'll be losing some sleep that night. I carrty a Ruger P90DC .45. They will not survive the encounter no matter if I hit center mass and definately not a head shot. The rounds i use cause severe bleeding so a shot to the leg could be fatal as well depending on response time from the EMS personnel. I will not be rendering aid, I will be continuing to protect my family. Not a pleasant thought but as you may be able to tell it is one already well thought through. This way my reaction will be more instinctual that reactionary.
