What a SAD friggin Song!!! I used to like that song with my homemade lyrics! That's damn depressing! What are you trying to do Goldwanger... Make your kid cry herself to sleep!?! OR are you teaching her at an early age that us Guys are truly evil and self serving?!?

Thanks, omslaw. I could not remember all the words from way back in Elementary School. Sierra is only 14 months old so the words will mean little, just the song in general. Each night when it is time for bed, my wife puts Samantha, the 6 yo to bed and I walk around the nursery holding Sierra and singing to her until she falls to sleep. I have been doing this since she came home from the Hospital. She is the sweetest baby and is always so happy. She seems to either be smiling or laughing all the time and I know I spoil her. But that's my job. Right?

I don't remember the cartoon just the song. We used to sing it almost every day in Music class in Grade School. I am just looking for a few new songs to sing to Sierra at night. Keep in mind I sound like a Bullfrog with a with his nuts in a vise but she loves to hear me anyway. She just smiles and lays her head on my shoulder and after about 10 or 15 minute she is out. Of course I sometimes just hold her for a while longer before putting her to bed. But that's just me. A big soft hearted pussy. But the is so sweet and innocent. It's hard to let her go.
