not taking the gas

i have an 2000 gsxr600 to i had the carbs cleaned and fuel pump checked and when i twist the throttle when i get about 7000 rpms seems like it want take the gas it sounds like it is breaking up someone help me out please

When you had the carbs cleaned did they adjust the float level, could be starving out, also check to see that there is no leaking in the diaphragm as it works on vacuum to pull the needle up.

Did they just clean the carbs out or did they also rebuild the carbs?

I know it sounds simple, but is the fuel filter clogged? It sounds like she is starving for fuel. Not sure about this specific bike, but I have seen an occasion where a scorpio alarm would cause this problem. I would have ask good luck about it, but it happened.

Sounds more like the tank screen is clogged. Also check that the vacuum line that goes to the fuel tank is securely attached. No vacuum, no fuel.
