Noob in Colorado

Hey all, I've been lurking here a while but I just got my first Busa...a black 2006 with 10,000 miles. Picked it up for $5600 from a local specialty car dealer in Denver. My last bike was a ZX-6 a while ago...rode that for about three years and then was out of the scene for a while. Of course I bought my Busa, rode it for a couple days was all before it had to go in winter storage. I figure though that this gives me some time to learn more about the bike etc. so its all good...just not easy to be without it on gorgeous days like we've had this weekend.

I'm glad to have come across this board and love the "family" feel it has. I look forwad to a long time of both learning and contributing here. Thanks!

Will definitely be looking into the mods while its parked for the season. Thinking some risers since I have these short arms and some pipes or slip-ons at least. I'm open to suggestions for the best mods to start with too.

And I was hoping this was the "fast" color.

Yeah...this is my first winter with a bike in CO...I'm not so worried about the snow and ice as I am about the extra gravel on the road all winter long. If I regret putting it away this year I'll know to keep it next.
