I have never had a problem with them either, doesnt mean it couldnt happen though... also a suggestion : I NEVER use my debit card when ordering over the net or phone. Your debit / Check card is linked direct to your checking account, a credit card is not and usually has alittle more leverage in the dispute process.

I've been dealing with them for a while and have never had a problem. Call em up.

Another reason to use a credit card instead of a debit card.

Nothing wrong with Newenough in my book.

They carry the same guarantee, generally...

+1 Here is my opinion on this.....I don't have a problem with you bringing this mistake up on the board....actually i think it is one of the benefits of the board. Feedback from vendors is always welcomed and enlightens others on your experience, good or bad......[/QUOTE]

The carry the same guarantee but debit comes straight out of your checking account. Could cause some serious headaches if you are running close. I still think they will make it right tho.

Here is my opinion on this.....I don't have a problem with you bringing this mistake up on the board....actually i think it is one of the benefits of the board. Feedback from vendors is always welcomed and enlightens others on your experience, good or bad. But I think a follow up to the original post to straighten out who was at fault is a defenite must when the smoke clears though. So the fact that you started this post i think it is great and i would have done the same (maybe worded different) to put the spot light on the situation so that other members were aware of it. But when you find out whose fault it was, please post a follow up so we know how it ended up for you.

As for my experience with Newenough.com............i have ordered items two times and both times everything was flawless

I don't see bringing this up on a board at all, unless the necessary steps have been taken. Why would you not call them on their toll free number b/4 dissing them on a world wide web site. I have done biz. w/ these folks for a number of years, and have always found them legit. I shipped out an order on Thursday via credit card and realized when it came thru invoicing that we had double charged the freight. Stuff like this does happen.

Lots of bad vendors out there, don't think Newenough falls in that category.

I just ordered a new pair of sidi's, due here on Monday. I guess we'll see how they do. My first dealing with Newenough, they were sure great on the phone. Very helpful and $27 cheaper then the next guy.

It's most likely an error. I bought a Cortech jacket from them without any problems.

Yeah. I'm with the guys and gals here. I've dealt with them on a few occassions and, actually, I've returned merchandise, got a new size, returned it, got a different size, until I got it right, and they were very patient and pleasant about the whole thing. I would recommend them to anyone. Good business.

Hope your error gets resolved.

You can call me whatever.  I've been burned before by supposedly very "reputable" internet merchants that people RAVE about.  Truth is truth, look at the picture of my bank statement.  I'm out another 92.66 and that's the end of the story FOR NOW.  Until this thing sees a happy ending , my opinion about newenough stands.

Trust is earned.

One nice thing about this site is most people here will wait and give places a chance to make things right, and I personally don't think you have given them a chance to do this, especially NewEnough. You can't find a better more stand up place to buy from.

I do however understnd your frustration with the matter but would hope that you are the kind of person to wait on bashing them publically until they and you have exhausted all avenues in curing the situation. Like you have witnessed already most here will side towards newenough becase they are stand up people and will go the extra lengths to make their customers happy and they are definitely not in business to screw people over so make some phone calls and figure out the true problem and go from there.
