Here is my opinion on this.....I don't have a problem with you bringing this mistake up on the board....actually i think it is one of the benefits of the board. Feedback from vendors is always welcomed and enlightens others on your experience, good or bad. But I think a follow up to the original post to straighten out who was at fault is a defenite must when the smoke clears though. So the fact that you started this post i think it is great and i would have done the same (maybe worded different) to put the spot light on the situation so that other members were aware of it. But when you find out whose fault it was, please post a follow up so we know how it ended up for you.
