I posted a while back about not having much interest in riding much more. Happened to scoop these up (got a steal on em), and just finished mounting em up. I had to make a bracket because the seller only sent two of the 3. But they are ready to be taken off, and I'll take em to the shop tomorrow and spray em.

"Project Hayabagger" has started:laugh:

not sticking to the tourabusa? I used to want a set of those something fierce but just decided to go soft... keep up posted with photos after the spray! Funny how a mod can bring back the spark.

Looking good. Which bracket did you need? Post a pic if it. I maybe able to help you out.

It was the one that mounts under the tail section. Has the two mounting holes it bolts to where the reflector used to be. I just used to 1/8" plateto reenforce the area and drilled my holes, then torqued it down. Honestly I'd rather have the actual bracket, but its no big deal. It will hold no issue

Bc I travel two up 80% of the time. I actually sat on the back yesterday sizing it up. Leg room and such wasn't an issue

That third pic reminds me of what a C5 cargo plane looks like with the nose open taking on cargo! You need to pack them up and let us see what fits in those.

Looking good. Glad you are getting back on the Busa.

First pic, top two brackets.....I think that is what the guy didn't send. Possible to take a pic where it mounts? Even if you just hold the bracket to the outside of the tailsection would be great

I wish I would have had my bike in the house when I was still with the wife. Many of nights I would have been bouncing that thing off the rev limiter....."huh, what you say ?" or just have started it, and backed into the room when she was sleeping with the stock pipes she probably wouldn't have heard a thing
