Guys, I got one of these for my wife to be able to lift her Gixxer 1K and believe you me, it's the best thing since, well, frame sliders, maybe?

Check it out. Absolutely excellent idea. She even put it together herself and I have to say, just the entertainment value of watching a girl with tools is almost more fun than watching ME with tools! LMAO Wish I'd taped it for y'all!

Highly recommended so far. Materials seem to be high quality so I have a lot of confidence that it will be fine for the long haul. I will, of course, let you know if it proves to be otherwise.

I simply couldn't trust a stand to lift my bike upright without a hand on the bike...

That thing is the way to go. I just bought a pit bull and wish I would have got this one instead.

Pit Bull has a new rear stand with a forward facing handle so you can hang onto the bike as you lift it up...plus the handles out of way instead of being tripped on behind the bike. And its about a 100 bucks cheaper than the Cycle Cat I believe. The Cats nice but too pricey.

Not a problem to lift without a hand on the bike Chris. I have a cyclecat and just like the ad says it's very easy to lift and so stable no hands are required. Only good from side stand though because of design. When my bike in Baxley I use a pit bull spool to raise.

No hand on the bike is required. The handle detaches from the stand so you don't trip on it while you're working on the bike.

Yeah, the $225 was pretty pricey but this way, I've minimized the possibility of having the BRAND NEW Gixxer dropped in the garage for a $450+ repair bill!

LOL

I think the extry $75 was worth it, frankly.

Never heard of the Anaconda. But let's put it this way: My littlest finger was strong enough to lift the bike off the ground with the Cycle Cat.

Still, I'll have to look at the Anaconda if I can ever find one.

Of course, if it came out last year and I missed it, so what?

It's still a great product for newbies and slow joes like me! heheheh

they just dropped the price. They were 275.00. And if you bought one at 275 and have a receipt, the will give you a credit.
