Ok i have a new pcll but i have my map set at 5,5-5 by a yosh box. how can i get it back to the stock settings so i can install the pcll? thanks in advance. eric

You need to use a yosh box again to set it to zero. You could use the pc2 and map your bike, however the numbers you enter will be a lot higher than normal. (other peoples maps won't come close).

I heard that you must turn the ignition on and then disconnect the battery but dont quote me on that.Are you going to Dyno your bike Saturday Morning?

You can do it all by laptop, use the cable supplied by them.
Go back to zero map before you install the new one. Or you actually can use nick's method which will take the settings back to stock.
