Hello everyone. I purchased my Hayabusa today and was able to put on a little over 200 miles. I look forward to learning a great deal from this group.

Beautiful! Welcome to the forum where every single question you will ever have about the Hayabusa has already been answered. Okay, maybe not, but you are still welcome!

Looks like a Gen 2. Am I right? What year is it?

We just wing everything. That and whatever the magic 8 ball says.
I hope the new members have been receiving their welcome baskets that we send out. The duct tape(leaky fuel lines),zip ties (cracked fairings),Krazy glue(loose parts) and access to the warehouse full of "lightly used" "formerly enjoyed" chains and sprockets and other goodies.
I mean the Org has some techs with mad skillz...check out this dude,he's fixing a burned out tail light bulb with only simple household tools. He's got The Great Wall of China plastics ready to slap on at a moments notice for when he lays either one of them Busa's down. The guy is prepared.
Rubb.
