Crate train your dog. A dog will never poop(unless it is sick) where he sleeps. We had our German Shephard trained in 2 days not to pee or poo in the house..and in 6 years since he never has...they stay in the crate if you aren't with them until they understand that pee and poo is an outdoor thing.
By the way he just looks like a little devil..Beautiful little boy...
