Had I known that all I had to do was talk GJoker into trading his busa for a Harley, to get my pipes, I would have done it a year ago.

I love that look. Can you leave the passenger footpegs on with the high mounts and any problems with plastic melting or passenger getting real hot.

No problems with the passenger foot pegs. We had to take GJoker's bike to stock, so he got my passenger pegs as he shipped his to Yamahor.

I don't ride 2 up anyway. And I think it looks sleeker.

I used to ride 2 up with GJoker and I never got hot from the pipes. The carbon fiber is never HOT. It can get warm, but you can touch them and not burn yourself.

If you put on the full system, just take your time with the X collecter and mids, if you don't get them right, they can melt your plastics. I also used spacers to drop my wing about an inch, just for good measure.

Also, I had to move my blinkers. I have short staulks and before they were on the stock undertail, but beside the plate.

So we cut a bit more off the "mudflap" and cut a big enough hole for the staulks to slide through. Then bolted them onto the squar piece of plastic in the undertail. They "just" fit.

Looks nice, now let's go for a ride and leave Harley boy at home. It's nice out today.

I think Greg has hidden a spare key to Bob. You didn't hear it from me though!
