I have posted a pic of a dyno run of a busa with no remapping. Just the addition of the stainless exhaust with race can.

the reg can micron made 160 with my modded box and 151 before my box.so i was disapointed.i did not know what his bike was stock he was from mich.he and 2 of his friends with busas came down for the mod.i think because of the displacement of the busas alot of pipes seem to be choking the busas.the akro the muzzy and the tiforce are the pipes i preffer.the muzzy is cheaper and is very close so it wins in the bang for the buck.the sato is suppose to work decent but i have not tested one yet.the yosh seems to be the worst.my busa and all the local customers make more power with stock pipes and my mod then with just a yosh and barely less than a yosh with my mod.if you wanna do your own airbox there's pics on labusas.i'd try to stick with those pipes i mentioned though.
