that being said the "murderer" she got more time than isn't really a murderer in malicious intent. he was responsible for accidental deaths of people in a sweat lodge.

justice system is misguided to say the least, wouldve been a better solution monetarily to fine the hell out of her and cut off all existing assistance vs. paying for her kids and her through the system.

Have you ever noticed that when the system gets it right it usually happens to the poor or minorities? Makes me think getting it wrong has some other influences.

If you think poor and minorities are the ones committing most of the crimes then your eyes are not open. The rich commit most of the crimes and are ruthless but since they are rich they are good at not getting caught. Even policitians commit crime everyday, but they have a special "I can do whatever the heck I want" pass. Should she have been punished yes, but 3 years for begging for food? That is a harsh punishment point blank. Heck lets get rid of every single poor and minority group in the entire country, how dare them ask for help! There is so much hate and greedy people in this country it just ticks me off.

Thats the problem with this country we are to easy on those that take adavantage and abuse the system!
