Just goes to show that if you have money most likely you will never go to jail.
She probably had a public defender and couldn't afford a real attorney. Theres people out there with many more worse convictions still getting away with a lot more I don't see a three-year sentence as right. Yes she needed to be punished but now how much will it cost all of us to house her in jail and for the state to take care of her kids?
Wait a minute? She lied about being a felon and got state assistance which was illegal and now most likely after she goes to jail the kids will be in foster care getting state assistance so isn't the state gonna be breaking its own laws?
