Mileage per Tank?

I dont think I ever get below 200 per tank.

How do you guys manage that? What RPM range do you ride in? What all have you done to your bike? Maybe I should just slow down a little

On E85 with a turbo it averaged 31mpg with mixed riding and about 23mpg with about a dozen passes at the strip.

I get about 340-360 miles on a fill-up. If I manage to have good throttle discipline, I can stretch it out a fair bit further.

I have broken into the 400-mile barrier on a fill-up twice... was definitely on fumes at the end of those two rides, however.

Maybe he turns off the motor going down hills etc. He does list High Desert, right?
Drafting big trucks?
Is he 5'0" and 110 lbs.?

He's an Iron Butt Master. His bike is setup for long distance riding. I've read about it, but never seen pictures. Please put a few up. Please!

Can you tell us a little more about it.

How much gas does it hold?
Where did you get it and how much did it cost?
Did you make the mount for it (on the rear seat) or did it come that way?
How is the gas transferred from the rear tank? Does it go to the main tank or direct to the injector rail?

I've seen extra tanks on a Gold Wing but not on a Busa.
