I am close to the end of my long enlistment process in the US Military, I am required to have all of my driving records pulled from each place that I have received a speeding ticket...I was given a ticket back in 01 from the RCMP in Emerson Manitoba and need to get the record of the incident to provide proof of the citation being paid and that I have no International Warrant etc...
