Man cuts Woman in half

Closer to home, I grew up in Chicago, and in the winter people have been shot for parking on the streets in the spots that some one else shoveled out for their cars in front of their house! I know its wrong but it happened every year! You learn from living there that you DON'T park in someone elses spot!
