Ok, as ya'll know I teach Electronics and Auto shop.  This is the 3rd instance of this occuring.  A student attempted to drive his car up onto the scissor hoist, and missed.

One more reason to keep teenagers off of the streets!

i had a lady that drove her car off the track at the automated car wash thing and was trying to get someone to get her car out .... first time for every thing ....but in you case 3rd or 4th and on and on

Nope, there was a student guiding him. I have the guide student always standing off to one side, not directly in front of the hoist.
