Lettering/badges on leathers?

How do I do it if not by having them sewn on? Are there special types of glue that are best for adding patches or lettering to leathers?

Any suppliers out there where you can buy supplies?

Run away, do not walk. My wife tried that stuff to adhere patches to my daughter's Girl Scout uniform and it couldn't even stand up to brushing up against something.

I use a spray adheisive to hold the patch in place and then stitch it on. Best way to do it. A good shoe repair shop will do them if you cant find a leather guy.

You def want to sew it on. If you can not do it...any local tailor will do it for a few bucks

I glue mine on then sew them. Armored jackets are fun.

See a shoe maker/leathersmith....I have one here in Vegas that is replacing a zipper on one of my Dainese jackets.....he's da' sh!d.....

The glue is really only there to hold the patch in place so you can sew it on straight. The once you get it sewn on, the glues helps to hold.
