k8 Cut cans guide?

I have been looking around the site, but I have not been able to find anything.

Does anyone have a good guide (inc pic for the simple minded ) on how to cut down the cans on a gen II?

go through the whole thread before you start. someone else shows you how to bevel the edge to get a factory look. I use a piece of wood instead of steel to do this. I welded the insides back together so I didn't have to rivet the end back on.

I quickly read through the threads, then just went out with the saw and "winged it". You really can't mess too much up. Sounds AWESOME.

I actually have a set of stock "shorty" cans that have been in my garage for quite some time now. I removed them once I installed the M4 exhaust.

The cans were cut down by the original owner who is the first guy to do this to a Gen II. If you are interested in purchasing them for a cheap price to help me get them out of my garage, shoot me a PM.

The search function here changed a few months ago, and I can't find half of the older threads with it. The original gen2 short muffler mod was done by a memeber named Robot. I'll see if I can find it, I looked entirely too long for it a few weeks ago with no luck.
