Heads up to you USA guys that are interested,,, No local residents wanted to sign up for "international" regulations for their private properties.... Lots of outrage and discussion about UN agenda 21. Seems many Americans are not in a hurry to hand over the managment of our freedoms to international consortiums. Your president is a notable exception
Let the progressives grant you the freedoms they deem appriate??? Read up and get involved if you respect our founders. 
The glacier keeps moving on us, much quicker of late. The twp supervisors held fast, then wore down, then scrapped the plan altogether. All the feel good progressive regulations are too expensive, and counter to our Constitution.
