Since your a suzuki mechanic when you do the 600 mile service do you really need to sync the fuel injection and the TPS ? I saw in you profile that you are from Round Rock, My wife is from there. Any way 600 miles seems kind of early for the F.I. and T.P.S. syncs.

Suzuki recommends doing that service only on Cailf. bikes. Has to do with C.A.R.B. I checked my own at 600 miles and then at 2000 miles i ran the valves. All valves were in spec.and not more than .002" between same sets of valves. synch. has been on at 600 and just a bit off at 2000. as the TPS it was off from day one and adjusted it at first and again at 600.
