I bought mine off the rack back in September.  Had to send it back to get a zipper fixed.  Mailed it on 1/2/07 got it back 1/12/07.  They even replaced the standard zipper with a heavy duty one at my request.  Great customer service!

I see those jackets all over the place....
If it's a back-order buy.... then you must be trying to save a dollar or two.
Its part of the trade-off....get it for less but wait longer or pay a little more and have it now.
