Is The Board Frozen?

Capt is the board frozen? I've had the same new post list for days. When I look at it on my phone and on my office computer it still has the same new posts list.

Also how do you log out? Thought this might refresh things. Ha Ha been on here for years and don't know how to logout!

Mine is refreshing just fine and sending me notifications on new posts as usual. iPhone user here.

Clicked on new posts and then clicked page 1 and it refreshed

Mine has been acting up as well, and now it won't even let me log out so I can log back in. It says an error occurred...
