Is That Gas I Smell..?!?!?

Took a ride to Daytona today.... seems every time i slow down i would smell gas... and only for a couple of secs then would go away... nothing for long... at idle i dont detect it.. only when riding and comming to a stop do i notice it... anyone had this problem or have any idea what it might be..?!?

Check for leaks, under the tank. It can be your overflow tube under your gas cap. also, are you sure you're not running rich. Is it a fresh gas smell or do your eyes burn a little at stops? BTW, could you imagine a Harley owner reading this tread? Wondering, whats wrong with a little gas smell!! As he rides off on his 04' H-D Fatboy.
