hi
i'm also having this problem with my bike- its a 01 busa with a 1397 kit
i have replaced the battery and still the same thing:banghead:
is there a test for the starter??
any help would be greatly appreciated

YOU probably need a 24v starting setup.

Hey this is common with Gen 1 busa's! I thought the fix for this was going with a 24v system, which I did and it has worked fine! I also went witht double fan install. It all has been working fine thus far!!

I shouldn't have to run 24v on a stock engine ???

I think I'll work my way back with the voltage from the battery to the starter, hopefully something gives itself away in the line there :thumbsup:
