My advice is to CUT HER OFF COMPLETELY financially and everything.  I've been there before and thats the 1st step you should take.  Don't be a nice guy.. looks like you were that already (way long enough).  

Cut her off and take the most you can on the way out.  Life goes on...

Boot her out on her azz, have the locks changed while she is out, throw all of her crap out on the front lawn with a note saying that you are keeping your house or you will see her in court and good luck getting a lawyer without any $.

I had my lawyer file the final paperwork this week. I should have an answer on the final date next week. My lawyer is pushing for the Ex to pay half the mortgage until the house sells. That way I can afford to get another place when we put the house on the market.

The Busa now house 800mi on it. I'm loving even more now.

Oh, and keep that new 08 somewhere other than the house your soon to be ex is living in. I have been through this before my friend, and the scary part is, it sounds almost like the same thing that happened to me. Be very careful......trust me on this.
