I was thinking about you a bit ago and was gonna post up asking you to take some cool pics for us. When it first came up tonight around 8 here it was huge and orange. Really awesome but I couldn't get a decent pic from my phone and I don't have a decent digicam.

I tried, mine sucked. Just a blurry orb.

My 2 yr old insisted I take her out to see it. She thinks it's pretty cool. When it comes over the horizon in the early evening, it's huge!!

Last night turned out to be too overcast to see much here, plus I would have to get in Omar's truck and leave my neighborhood in the woods to get a good view. I wasn't feeling up to that just yet; still recovering from surgery

Great pic Cap, we went out around 11:30 and it was very bright, almost needed sun glasses to look at it. Can you imagine what it would have looked like on top of the skyway.
