I rode pillion on a Kawasaki @ 300 km/h !!

Like it says, I rode curb monkey on a Kawi @ 300 km/h, technically the fastest I've ever been on ground, (the Busa only does 299 km/h ).

Since when does the Busa only do 299 KMH?

That's what my speed limiter is set at - I know it'll do better, but I haven't bothered to install a TRE

It's not that "the" Busa is limited to 299 km/h, just "my" Busa is :-(

Rode one of those in Japan last year. Pretty awesome experience. Where were you when you rode it? Japan? Do they have one of those in Canada?
 
Heh, Giant Phallic Train.... Yep, You can tell some guys got together and made the front end of that train... A 300kph dong express...

We have a couple of those here too. TGV's running in between Brussels and Paris. To bad they're boring as hell to sit in, even at 200mph.
Btw: looks like you were driving through a city while doing that. They don't do that here, sad isn't it?

Yes sir this was in Japan during the holidays, rode from Kyoto, through Hiroshima to Fukuoka. I see you are in Okinawa - I assume you are in the service ?? I will likely be visiting Okinawa in the fall - I should look you up !!

Does Canada have a train like this, no we wish !! We are looking at the possibility of adding a high speed service but it won't be fancy like the Japanese or European trains, it would be similar to the northeastern Amtrak Acela service. We want to add the train between Detroit and Montreal, our government is still deciding whether or not to spend the $4 billion for it.

Sweet! I rode the same train from Hiroshima up near Mt. Fuji when I went for a little climb last summer.
Yep I am AF, and yes please look me up. Only a few americans with Busas here on Okinawa. I could show the sites if you haven't been here before. WHat are you a traveling toothbrush salesman or sumthin?
