I Have A 2005 Turbo Hayabusa. Having My Efi Light On Light Coming On

I have a 05 turboed Hayabusa. I have had it on the dyno it's pressing about 250 horse. Should the exhaust temperature hose still be attached I believe it's running too lean I can run it for a half hour and my spark plugs are black and dry....... Please help

Hmmm, I'm not sure I know what that piece is? Can ypu post a pic? O2 sensor maybe?
