A very dedicated professional and personal friend.

Dennis and his wife Paula invited my wife and I over to their shop today to look around. I knew he had a lot of stuff to work with but golly, I was amazed~!~

Dennis has set quite a few records, and also rents the cars out and let's YOU drive them down the course~!~ Is that fun or what~?~

Cost a bit, but if anyone wants a ride he's the one to talk to.

BTW...White firebird has some damage from the last meet...if you know someone who has one for sale for a good price anywhere near the east coast (maybe even a clunker for parts) post up here.

Thought I'd share some pics (with Dennis's permission of course)

I think I remember the numbers correctly...

The white firebird is running about 1600 hp
The red firebird is running about 3000 hp (too much for Maxton)
The laker is shooting for 300 mph
The silver vehicle has a helicoptor jet engine and is shooting for one of the land speed records (hope I heard right) around 600 mph~!~

very cool... the T18 on the firechicken ought to be interesting..

he might check with Harry Glass on the firebird parts.. might have some old stuff laying around he could pick up really cheap... (he is a customer of mine)

A cone was hit by one of the drivers and did some damage.

He had that car set up with twin V-8 motors...the jet installed right now is just for alignment, the one on the rack is ready to be installed.

Should be interesting~!~
