How do you do an air box mod?

How do you do an air box mod? I keep hearing about it, how do you do it? Is there a bunch of different ways and does it really work? I know that this has probably been a topic already brought up, but I couldn't find anything on it.....

You must of missed the fact that this Mod is Stickied in the engine and performance mod section. Though when typing in Air Box Mod" or even "Air Box" it comes up zilch. When type in "small Air Box" threads appear. Sometimes this "search" can be problematic. HAHA! Most of the common Mods are stickied in the proper section for future reference.

Read up on it before doing it. It might not be worth the trouble for you.
