I installed a Gen 1 Busa engine on my GOLF KART PROJECT.
I DIY a clutch bracket using the stock clutch slave release cylinder, and I also lengthen the clutch push rod (not much).
It's working, I can shift.

Problem: When I pressed the clutch pedal all the way to the floor, there was a grinding sound.
If I let go by 1/4 inch, the grinding sound is gone, and I can still shift with no problem.
If I start again, pressing the clutch pedal, say 3/4, I don't hear the grinding sound.
Why is that? Did I push the clutch plates all the way or something?

Thank you,
I will try to open it and check if any of the bolts backed out.
