Worked fine in the garage then I went and rode the bike and as soon as I turned on the high beam I heard the fuse pop. PIAA says it only draws 65 amps like the stock bulb but on startup I think it may draw more.

Anyone have this issue? I could do a relay if needed I guess. Has a 10 amp fuse now, Anyone go with a 12 or 15 amp? I know it's not the right way to do it, but if the wiring can handle the extra amps it's the easiest.

Yeah, bad bulb. They should not pull anymore than stockers.
