THIS was the only model I recall owning. They rocked. And when we stripped the rip cord and it would smack us in the face lacerating our cheeks to bleeding, we'd slap on a band-aid, look away next time and get back racing. no law suits or crap

Yea, those where awesome. I had almost all of them at one point. Kept them all 'till about 15 yrs ago they got stolen when my pad in philly got broke into. I might just have to get 1 or 2 of those!!!

My 1st "fight" in Kindergarten was over one of these. Kid tried to take it from me, I wasn't havin any of that!!

Yes I had them also. I thought they were called "SST" not "SSP" Also remember the demolition derby ones. You would race them into each other and parts would fly off.
