Well, my friend, Lee, finally got his B-King...

Launching our ride with 58 miles on her, we decided to go for a nice afternoon jaunt. Sunrise Highway, Julian (late lunch), Wynola Road, Santa Ysabel, Old Julian Highway, Highland Valley.

Gorgeous day...

We finally got his tires scrubbed in so he could feel a little more aggressive and every time he took off that helmet, his grin was ear-to-ear...

Congrats, Lee!!! Awesome ride!

Awesome Scar. I have seen those up close, they are a lot of machine!

Very bulky and formidable, no? Lee tells me, though, that the B-King's dry weight is 515...

Surprising...it looks (to me) heavier than the 'busa...

???

It is. 485 lbs Zuk lists the 08 Busa's dry weight.

Most of the extra weight is probably in those mufflers. B-King sure got a pair 'a cans don't they.
Looks like Lee's having a good time with the big standard. Congrats.

Hey everyone, so I'm the guy with the bike that has the huge exhaust above. Thanks Scar for showing me some new roads. I'm almost to the first service and looking forward to making this bike my own. I can't stand owning a stock motorcycle, although this motor is more than anyone will ever need.

Welcome to the board brother. Scar is good folk. Glad you had a good day, and enjoy that bike, she is a beauty.

I am diggin the B-King more and more.. Too bad it was discontinued.. Maybe I'll pick one up in the future.

I wasn't planning on buying a motorcycle this year but after riding the B-King a few months ago at the shop I worked for I knew I had to have this bike.

I figured I'd save up and buy it next year, but then, yeah no 2009. My budgeting abilities are usually trumped by my "need" for a motorcycle.

Welcome, Lee...to the greatest internet family you'll ever find!

Glad you joined us!
