Help! Need advice on clutch reinstall

[UR IT!]

I replaced the clutch fibers/steels and springs...made sure my count was correct sizes etc.. reinstalled everything, replaced oil, started her up, and put it in gear...pull in clutch but it's not engaging and the wheel still spinning...what's wrong?

My only guess is that I over torqued the pressure plate...am I correct? Before I disassemble everything I need to ask for an opinion...

Disassemble it, there is something not together right. Did you offset the very last fiber??

Offset? The smaller one closest to the trany? or closest to the pressure plate?

Nevermind I see it in the manual....that's what I did! Stupid!
