Help identify this part!

So I have had my busa a few months now and notice a small oil leak. While fixing the leak I decided to service the chain. As I pulled the sprocket cover this spacer/reducer was wedged just above the chain

Any idea where this came from? The dealer serviced the bike before I bought it so I don't know if they dropped it or the previous owner.

It one of the spacers that goes under the grab handle and into the grommet.

Must be for the oem grab handle. I have aftermarket handles and there are no spacers on either side. Thanks for the info.

Looks like part of your muffler bearing ???
