I am going to get a ghetto turbo for my 06 , my question is this ... what is the difference in sound between the dumps and the full exhaust? I like the looks of the dumps better , but i dont want to wake the dead either.

Thanks Donnie

I love the look of a sleeper.

I would not be able to ride with a dump pipe all the time.

Thanks Drew

I can live with that , it actually doesnt sound much louder than my Hindle. The fact that you are inside and it doesnt seem obnoxious makes even that much better.

run your dump out the back and bottom if you want it a little more mellow.

I've seen them with air boxes where the factory box goes and GPW installs a different setup because he has stated his are rainproof or rather won't get wet. I'm going for the dump pipes cause I like the sound and the look. Haven't been on one so I don't know what it does for your leg as far as heat. Anyone that's ever ran a straight header on an inline four can tell you that it's quite compared to a header with megaphone. I understand the sleeper concept; but what's that do for you. Word get's around quick and the extra pipe adds weight. My free advise. It's worth what you paid for it. In the end it's your decision bro. Unless you're in a hurry; come to the Gap this spring I'm sure you'll see a little bit of everything and get input from folks that have it. People on this org are open and honest and will tell you their true opinions.

the airfilter fits fine under the plastics, i beleive velocity is the only one that sticks out on a stage one. you can put any type of filter you want on it so if you bought a kit with that type of filter you can always order a flatter one from k&n. the dump doesnt heat up your leg at all, the only downside ive noticed is your pants smell like exhaust which doesnt bother me anyway.
