Yes LA a very high concentration of Asians.
Cali for the most part has the highest concentration of them than any other state.

If you have ever been to LA, we have some area's known as:
Korea Town
Little Saigon
Monterey Park
Rowland Heights
*cough* Walnut *cough*

There are no signs in english in these towns... Except Walnut maybe...

My high school graduating class was around 95% asian...

If you can drive and survive in these areas, you can drive/ride anywhere!
