Yes it is! It is the Nelson Riggs large tank bag. It expands too if you need to haul alot of junk!

Not during the winter months! Had it all to myself! Oh by the way, NC is cracking down on speeders right now so watch your speed anywhere in NC. They had alot of deaths last year and they are writing for just a few over on those roads.
