technically "sushi" is the rice part... shishimi (sp?) is the fish part

sashimi. And good old steak and potatoes are JUST FINE with me....but give me a couple of spicy tuna rolls, some hand rolls, and a good bottle or two of saki and I can rock and roll on that as well.
